ADRIATIC MARINE CENTER
The ADRIATIC MARINE CENTER (AMC) is located in a strategic geographical position that allows it to implement the Nausika Customer Care policy fully.
From San Giorgio di Nogaro in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, the Adriatic centre can provide unrivalled services to the marine economy of the north-east of Italy, including the Croatian coasts.
Operational since 2002 and situated on a 50,000m2 site, the 12,000m2 facility is located less than ten minutes from the A4 Turin/Venice motorway tollgate, 30 minutes from the Friuli Venezia Giulia airport, close to the main tourist resorts of the upper Adriatic coast and the Croatian coast.
Nausika's technological commitment is clearly evident within the AMC, and its showrooms and VIP rooms are used by Cranchi as exemplars of taste and professional organisation in the modern sailing world.
The boatyard has three fully equipped bays (with 10-, 20- and 40-tonne overhead cranes) and plays host to expertly organised departments for the coating, refurbishment and laying up of all makes of yachts, as well as a storage facility with a retail desk for direct sales to the end customer. Moreover, the facility includes a welding area and the sales and administration offices.
The AMC is currently expanding its services yet further, thanks to the addition of a luxurious 18,000m2 dock, floating piers with fingers, a 100-tonne travel lift for vessels measuring up to 100 feet and a restaurant.
Thanks to the vicinity of the AMC to the Friuli-based manufacturing site and to the Cranchi Marine Test Centre (just 500 metres away), most of the Cranchi range is available for testing at sea throughout the year.
