COLICO WORK CENTER
The Colico Work Center is Nausika's base of operations and the group's real headquarters, from where all of the work done by the various national centres is co-ordinated.
The facility is located in Colico, just a short distance from the Cranchi headquarters and the Alto Lario Marine Center and within easy striking distance of Valtellina, Lecco, Como, St. Moritz and Lugano. Moreover, it is just an hour’s drive from the international airports at Linate (Milan) and Orio al Serio (Bergamo).
It is from the sales and administration offices and central warehouse here in Colico that all of Nausika's operations are co-ordinated, thus ensuring that the local features of each regional centre are respected and, at the same time, guaranteeing the consistently high level of service that has been one of the group's main strengths since day one.
Following the laying of the foundation stone in 2000, an 8,000m2 facility was erected shortly thereafter to manage the laying up and customer care services. In 2006, the CWC site was expanded to more than 29,000m2 and the indoor facilities to 13,000m2. A great deal of the technology used at the CWC is not commercially available, since it is the fruit of Nausika's in-house experience.
Like every Nausika facility, the CWC is an authorised Volvo Penta service centre. The dedicated departments at the CWC, which occupy a total area of 3,500m2, enhance the profile of the centre yet further. The centre is considered by our longstanding clients to be the place to go to ensure they get the most out of their free time at sea... and if our clients have stuck with us for more than ten years, it is certain that new clients can confidently put their faith in us.
