- Mandatory Casko insurance
- Fuel consumption

All boats are equipped with the mandatory safety equipment required for navigation and other accessories to assist in boat use: mooring lines, fenders, anchor, etc.

An original and valid identity document and/or an original valid boat license is required for the rental of boats with an engine power exceeding 40 Hp. If the driver's license is not valid or accepted, the booking will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.
Payments are accepted via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS), and the security deposit can be made via credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD, NOT DEBIT CARDS).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 72 hours before the rental start: full refund (no cost to the customer).
- Cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before the rental start: 20% of the total amount will be retained.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the rental start: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
- Cancellation within 24 hours before the rental start or no-show: no refund (100% of the total amount will be retained).
- Bad weather and adverse weather conditions that compromise navigation safety: full refund, subject to verification and actual confirmation by Nausika Group SRL.
Other conditions:
The rental cannot be extended or refunded in case of the customer's late arrival. It is required to be on-site at least 30 minutes before the booking time.
No refunds are provided for early return or for any other reason.
Customers who return the boat late compared to the scheduled time will be subject to a penalty equal to the amount of the next booking.
